At Ellucian, I spent 18 years as the company's most deployed recovery specialist — leading its largest-ever deployment, pioneering repeatable methodologies, and resolving implementations that had escalated to legal action. At Academic Partnerships, I rebuilt a fractured delivery organization and contributed directly to a PE acquisition. At Gratton Advisory, I serve as the senior-most technology leader for mid-market and PE-backed organizations — whether that means owning the full IT strategy as a Fractional CIO, leading post-merger technology and data consolidation, or stepping into a failing implementation and delivering it.
